Hawk’s Nest is a family-owned business serving Logan and the Hocking Hills community with custom apparel, embroidery, varsity jackets, banners, tuxedo rentals, and Hocking Hills souvenirs. We pride ourselves on creativity, quality, and excellent customer service while supporting our schools, sports teams, and local events.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will assist customers with purchases, provide excellent service, and support daily store operations. This is a part-time position with evening and weekend availability required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product selection, sizing, and special orders
• Handle tuxedo fittings and rentals with accuracy and attention to detail
• Operate the cash register and manage transactions efficiently
• Assist with embroidery, screen printing, and other custom apparel processes as needed (training provided)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Support inventory management, restocking, and merchandising displays
• Represent Hawk’s Nest in a professional and positive manner in the community

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required (we will train the right person)
